Past and Current Builds
4x three-storey townhouse development consisting of a steel-integrated framing system and multi-level floor structure. The top floors feature pitched ceilings, internal balconies to maximise natural light and internal space. Exterior cladding includes a combination of cedar, brick, and metal for a durable and modern architectural finish.
6x two-storey timber-framed townhouse development designed with efficient layouts and practical living in mind. Standard residential construction throughout with quality finishing, offering comfortable and modern homes suited to a wide range of households.
106m² timber-framed transportable home constructed in Westport by South Peak Homes before being transported to its permanent site in Twizel. JJCS completed all site preparation including foundations and service connections, ensuring the home could be installed efficiently on arrival. Following delivery, additional works such as the decking and final site integration were carried out to complete the home and deliver a fully functional living space ready for occupancy.
A 177m² architectural home featuring 4-metre high ceilings in the main living area and increased ceiling heights throughout to create a bright, open interior. Designed with strong natural light and volume in mind, the home includes timber cladding to deliver a warm, modern exterior finish.
